"As a testament to how happy we were with our first renovation provided by the Curtice Group in 2021, which provided completely new kitchen/dining/mudroom/bath, we hired Scott and his team again in 2024-25 for another major renovation. This job was composed of 3 main parts: a gut remodel of our main bathroom, renovation of a large attic space (about 700 sq ft), and whole-home conversion from steam radiators (gas) to heat pumps including removal of all radiators and a chimney. The bathroom now is attractive and more functional, the attic adds a large amount of useful space as an office/kid room/guest area, and central air makes a more comfortable climate. I’m a big fan of the design/build concept, because you really don’t want to separate those two elements into different contractors, and if you find a talented company, they can handle all aspects of the job fluidly. Richard Connolly of iCornerstone was everything a homeowner could hope for in a contractor and artisan:  a perfectionist who had a keen sense of deadlines and clients' needs.  He transformed very ugly spaces into a beautiful family TV room and lovely full bath with his own designs that included wainscoting,moldings, built-in shelves, and custom lighting and radiator cover.  The workers we hired through his system (electrician, drywall, sheetrock, carpenters, plumber, plasterers, painters, and flooring professionals) were top notch and the low bid in each case. There were no mistakes. The job came in on time and on budget.  We endorse Richard Connolly and iCornerstone wholeheartedly.

The existing room had odd measurements that dated back to 1931, but Richard was on top of that and any potential problems.  Everything fit like a glove when the work was done.
