"I had them for years, but when I asked for further service for an unresolved problem, for the first time ever, I was told they could do no more for me and to get a new company. I liked the company but did not like the revolving door of servicemen. Some were fabulous and some were just OK. Another person called a couple of months later to schedule a routine service check. I was flummoxed and told them that I had hired another service since someone there "fired" me a couple of months before. Despite wanting to work with D&T, I had already hired (and paid) another company. The other company, A J Williamson Pest Control, is working out very well. I like the fact that there is continuity with the person who comes to the house. He knows the property and does not have to ask where to begin."

They minimize the use of harmful pesticides yet still manage to get the job done. We hired them for two properties that had different requirements, with one being much more difficult than the other. The more difficult job involved setting external and internal traps, some exterior masonry work, roof and chimney work, substantial external patching of woodpecker damage, and significant termite control.
