It has gone pretty well for us. They were here when they said they were going to be. The quality of the job was always pretty good. If we had any problems, they always come back and sorted it. I would say the cost was average.

They showed up when they said they would, they were done when they said they would be done, on budget and honest. Paul (the owner) works right alongside his employees which I found to be key on the job, since he then has a working knowledge of what is going on throughout the process. Every seen one of those guys drinking coffee and looking down a hole while someone else is working? Paul is the guy down the hole working
