"Flavio is an artist with tiles and enjoys his work. He and his wife were very professional and fair. They had a written contract that they were willing to negotiate reasonably. "I called terry to see if my counter could be raise as my new dishwasher would not fit where my old one was. I was told I had to either cut the floor or do the counter over He said it would be a lot of work as I have tile that would have to be cut.
