BEWARE!!!! DO NOT HIRE!!! SCAMMER!!! We had the worst experience with this contractor!! Bad communication throughout the entire project. Careless, dishonest!! We hired them for a bathroom remodel and ended up hiring our own electrician and my boyfriend had to fix what his plumber did to our tub and sink. He charged us for 2 coats of sealer to be put on our tiled shower and floor and only 1 coat was put on our tiled shower and zero coats on the floor. He built out one of our walls for some reason with joint compound and did not sand it properly so now the baseboard has a large space between the wall and baseboard. I could go on and on but please just know this company cannot be trusted.

Da Costa Painting did bathroom demolition, adjusted plumbing and fixed walls and the floor for me. The plumber cut through the wall into another room. Now I have to move furniture and paint the whole wall. They put the shower pan so that one end is 1" lower and the walls are slanted. I corrected the shower walls with tiles and a ton of mortar, but I cannot install a shower door on the slanted shower pan. I talked with multiple contractors and they won't do it.

There are not enough categories to describe the job! Full sanding and refinishing of oak hardwood floors in kitchen, dining room and living room in Cape style house. Full painting of walls, trim, ceiling in living room and kitchen. From the first estimate the entire job was done in a week. The team had amazing attention to detail in the prep work as well as the actual job. They moved all furniture out to a Pod (that Walmir arranged) and moved it all back. I had constant updates regarding status. Excellent work from the team. I will use them again- likely soon to do a little more painting. Now that two rooms look so good I need to spiff up the hallway.

It is good that this time of painting from them covers a lot of grounds including fixing underneath of sidings.

Very effective. There is no break if inside frames. The qualify helps energy efficiency.

We hired Walmir to repaint the interior of our new condo and replace carpet with manufactured wood flooring. His customer service is exceptional, always in contact with each step in the project. Coming from his years of experience, his suggestions for improvement/changes were always welcome. Since this was all accomplished in our absence, the details were especially appreciated. Wilmar Da Costa was dedicated to our project: painting the whole exterior a 115 year old stucco home with complex French windows. He and his crew were complete and carefully repaired defects in glazing and stucco. His crew was efficient, careful and exact in painting, responsive to our questions and suggestions, He made excellent suggestions that we all agreed were smart and clearly positively added to the end product vs our original plan. I am a very satisfied customer and would strongly recommend Da Costa.

We hired Da Costa Painting to paint the entire interior of our home and install hard wood flooring throughout. Walmir and his team were friendly, conscientious, and thorough. Walmir helped us to make decisions about paint colors that would look best, and he accommodated our timeline to try to get the majority of work done before we moved in. After seeing the completed work, someone told us our house looks like it belongs in a magazine because of the quality of the job. When it comes time for the exterior of our house to be painted, we will definitely hire Da Costa Painting again.

Hired DaCosta Painting to paint my family room and sunroom. Sunroom has 5 casement windows and a slider that was previously stained that I wanted painted. Also had some cracks in the walls and a section where the plaster was cracked from water damage. They came in and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work that needed to be done. They repaired all of the cracks, painted the ceiling, walls, and trim and did a great job. Owner was very responsive and gave us his suggestions on color and finish. They are going to quote to paint the front of my house this spring. I would definitely hire them again.

Da costa painting showed up on time and always let me know the night before when to expect them. Were very neat and respectful of the items in my home and listened to what I wanted. The quality of their work was excellent. Also when asked their opinion of a color choice they gave me good advice but also listened to what I wanted and worked with my ideas too. It was an absolute pleasure working with them and I highly recommend this company. Iâ d definitely hire them again

They were great communicating-called back and arrived for our first meet on time. .Walmir constantly kept communicating with me to know when they would come and next steps. Very happy with them. Highly recommend them. We actually hired them to return to do painting indoors.

Walmir has great ideas and suggestions, an incredibly keen eye for color and perspective. He was 100% right with all his suggestions. Very responsive and present. His team was respectful, responsive to my last minute changes (I hated a red I picked and they all made me feel very listened to- and quickly painted it over), and the cleanest crew I have worked with. They showed up each and every day, and when the huge job was done- almost the whole inside of my house- I did not even have to sweep anything. A bit expensive, but the job was amazing. You get what you pay for. We feel we have a new house, it was a complete makeover- from dark gumwood all over to white and bright. We love it.
