"Craig was very friendly and knowledgable today when I called him about his services. While he cannot do the service of removing squirrels in my basement and chimney, he was very helpful to provide advice on how I might be able to do it myself and save money. He gave me tips on trapping it and also offered to recommend someone that might be able to help me if I am not able to get the squirrel out myself. in addition, he also offered tips on how I might rid my basement of spiders. I will definitely give him a call again if I am in need of his pest control solutions in the future."

I liked the company but did not like the revolving door of servicemen. Some were fabulous and some were just OK. Another person called a couple of months later to schedule a routine service check. They also managed exterior and interior rotent activity very well. When a hornet's nest appeared in a tree by the deck they promptly and expertly removed this at no extra cost above the anual service. "Dave was excellent. He was professional, honest and thorough. I thought I may have squirrels in the house because I heard scratching above a ceiling and saw a squirrel climbing my chimney with acorns in it's mouth.  
Dave inspected all the outside areas of my house and looked in my attic. He found no evidence of squirrels or bats or anything else (other than a few mice that I can take care of).
He screened off my two gable vents and recommended securing a couple of other entry prone areas which I can do.
