"Oh, boy--Erick (and Tom, his guy) have done work for me on my 100-yr. old home, for over a decade! First job -- Erick alone--built a gorgeous deck...neighbors couldn't stay away. ...still getting compliments. Last two big jobs-- redid garage and installed electric doors, and custom tiled a bath everyone else wanted to "demo". . In-between took care of several other problems as they came up. Ask them for my phone number and I will tell you more. Absolutely nobody compares in terms of ease of communication, (and creativity) so you actually get what you want, or better."

"Outstanding attention by Renato and his crew to every detail! 120 sq feet of porcelain kitchen floor tile looks absolutely perfect. The workmen did a terrific job of shielding the rest of the area from any dust or airborne debris, cleaned up after themselves thoroughly, and accommodated our schedule when the job turned out to be more complex and time-consuming than first proposed (we chose to use smaller tiles than originally planned). Renato graciously accepted this change with no increase in the fixed price for the installation. He also kindly assisted us in delivering the tiles; did a successful spot repair to a dishwasher wiring cable that had begun to disintegrate at the connection box ; and even repurposed for us a spare wooden panel to better conceal the side of the dishwasher! We would give his team 6 stars if we could. His price was very competitive and fair, and I am happy to recommend him wholeheartedly!"

He and his crew showed up when they said they would cleaned up after their work . He returned extra tiles to the store to save me money and showed receipts.Over all a pleasure to work with."

"I saw Craft Design Group working on a job near my office in Newton and asked them for a proposal to remodel my bathroom. Luigi was quick to show up and assess the project and gave me some honest early suggestions which I really appreciated. He soon came back with a proposal on design options, styles, fixtures, colors, and materials. Stunned at the effort and thought that went into the proposal. I was expecting a lot less for a lot more. Luigi and team got to work and kept things really clean and quick to not impact my family which was in the home during the remodel. Removal of sink, vanity, toilet, bathtub, tiled wall, tiled floor and steam radiator. Pretty much to the bones. New insulation, New bathtub plumbing, new bigger deeper bathtub (my two girls love it). Tiled bathtub walls and installed built in shelf using the tile. Installed new drywall where the wall tile was before. Tiled floor, matching tiled bathtub symmetry. Relocated sink electrical outlets and light/fan switches. New sink plumbing, installed new vanity, counter and sink. Installed new wall mounted, modern steam radiator that doubles as towel warmer. Really pretty Benjamin Moore bunny gray paint throughout. Installed towel racks, hand towel and curtain rod. New floor transitional piece to match tile to hallway hardwood."
