The workmen did a terrific job of shielding the rest of the area from any dust or airborne debris, cleaned up after themselves thoroughly, and accommodated our schedule when the job turned out to be more complex and time-consuming than first proposed (we chose to use smaller tiles than originally planned). Renato graciously accepted this change with no increase in the fixed price for the installation. He also kindly assisted us in delivering the tiles; did a successful spot repair to a dishwasher wiring cable that had begun to disintegrate at the connection box ; and even repurposed for us a spare wooden panel to better conceal the side of the dishwasher!
