"Oh, boy--Erick (and Tom, his guy) have done work for me on my 100-yr. old home, for over a decade! First job -- Erick alone--built a gorgeous deck...neighbors couldn't stay away. ...still getting compliments. Last two big jobs-- redid garage and installed electric doors, and custom tiled a bath everyone else wanted to "demo". . In-between took care of several other problems as they came up. Removal of sink, vanity, toilet, bathtub, tiled wall, tiled floor and steam radiator. Pretty much to the bones. New insulation, New bathtub plumbing, new bigger deeper bathtub (my two girls love it). Tiled bathtub walls and installed built in shelf using the tile. Installed new drywall where the wall tile was before. Tiled floor, matching tiled bathtub symmetry. Relocated sink electrical outlets and light/fan switches. New sink plumbing, installed new vanity, counter and sink. Installed new wall mounted, modern steam radiator that doubles as towel warmer. Really pretty Benjamin Moore bunny gray paint throughout. Installed towel racks, hand towel and curtain rod. New floor transitional piece to match tile to hallway hardwood."
