He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Edian also replaced the area's small ceiling at the last minute, which was not part of the original contract, and then put a first coat of primer on it for me as a courtesy, even though painting is usually not one of his services. Edian was very accommodating to me throughout, including taking care of my request for a change in the type of replacement window to be installed. He and his crew spent two days on the reconstruction and new window installation, and did a beautiful, professional job. It is a pleasure to see the results.
