Tom and his team were friendly, informative and efficient. They did exactly what they said they would do in terms of refinishing our wood floors, and even went a little beyond that. Also important was the information we needed to prepare the house so they could get right to work when they showed up. The team was respectful of our home and were careful bringing their tools in and out. The cost was comparable to other businesses that we looked at, and might have even been a little less expensive--without sacrificing quality. And the work got done on time and without a hitch. I would definitely recommend Tom and his team for this kind of work.

Tom's tilting guy Yu is superb and very detail oriented, great job. I used them for also to replace carpet with wood flooring in the bedroom, the transition between the floor and existing wooden floor in the hallway had to be redone a coupe of times, end result was good but had to be redone.

Tom Vos team did a great job in removing existing carpet, and installing new hardwood floors for over 900 square feet in August 2023. Tom is an excellent communicator and kept us updated every step of the way, from estimating the cost and material delivery, arranging the work dates (they were even able to start earlier than planned), overseeing his teams work, and ensuring that we were happy with the final product. Highly recommend Tom Vo for any work project, both for pricing and work product.

Tom from Vo Flooring was immediately responsive to my initial request to come and take a look at our hardwood flooring project. He was very communicative, on time and provided good information and insight to make sure the project would be a success. When his team arrived on the day of installation, they were very professional, efficient and quality craftsmen. They took the time to make sure the new hardwood floor would not only look good in the main part of the room but also took the time to fit the pieces perfectly around existing doorway trim, as well as against the walls where baseboard would cover the flooring. We are quite happy with the final outcome and would highly recommend Tom and his team.

Tom came out quickly to provide us an estimate, which was very reasonable. He spoke to us about our flooring choice and provided some insight in the best way to have the tile laid for our space.
