So, for us, the delays were what they were, and we appreciated that they did all they could, with what they had to work with, and kept up updated along the way. "We had our new liner installed in April 2021, right away we started talking to them about several areas of the liner falling. They came and tried to bandaid it by placing rubber pieces in the pool that don?t hold. We opened the pool this year and the liner is splitting and the areas are falling even more. I was told we had to buy the new liner and pay for a new install even though we have communicated his issue. I would not recommend that ever. We were told this liner would last 15-20 years."
