Removed the old water heater. Installed the New water heater. And updated the vent piping because it was old and out of code. They did a wonderful job. "Excellent service. I had a sump pump system put in 10 years ago by Rescon. Never had any problems with it, worked great. This weekend with all the rain the pump stopped working. I called there emergency line and a service technician called me back in less than an hour. They were at my house in less the 2 hours fixing my pump. They did charge me an emergency dispatch fee for the service call but I guess that s expected on a weekend. Overall it was excellent service and I am very happy I chose this company."

"I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."
