Eduardo was very quick to respond. I had sent my info on my pump, and he had let me know within the hour that he had a replacement that he could bring over that very same day. He came later in the afternoon and promptly replaced my pump motor with a compatible model. He was prompt and professional. He was also able to provide a pool filter cap when he realized I had a leak in my system, which was originally unplanned for. I would highly recommend The Best Pool Doctor based on my experience.
