595 Bay State Pump called me in response to an online service request. During the call, the Bay State Pump representative diagnosed the problem - a simple switch reset. Didn't cost me a penny, and my pump was working again. Next time I have a problem that needs service, they will get my business.
Installed a Mitsubishi mini split heat pump system. It cool's and heats a single rooms or a whole home using ductless technology. Great job by everyone that works for Basnett Plumbing, Heating & AC.
