"We worked with WR Builders, Inc for remodeling our kitchen and sunroom in September 2026. Our project manager was friendly and communicative & responded to our queries promptly. The majority of the subcontractors were good though we did have some issues with the timely completion of work. However, WR Builders, Incmade sure to stay on top of the sub-contractors and that all the work that we had agreed upon was completed. We went with WR Builders, Inc recommended vendors for wooden flooring and cabinets and were pleased with the options offered. They made recommendations to better the space and were mindful of our budget. The one thing that really sets them apart is that they really care about client satisfaction and they addressed our questions and concerns and got us the answers we needed. Overall, we are satisfied with the work and love our kitchen and the sunroom!"

He gets the job done right, and explains each step of the way- along with his reasoning and price options. He’s not the cheapest handyman, but you’ll find you are quite happy to pay slightly higher prices because you understand that he is dedicated to a quality project outcome, no matter the size of the job. We’ve had Bob help us with installing insulated ductwork through our attic to outside from 2 bathroom exhaust fans, install a sliding shower door, and install an attic exhaust vent through a side wall, and repair extensive rot on 3 bedroom window sills and connected rot repair under exterior wood siding. We are hiring him again!"

"Very well.  I acted as general contractor after my builder disappeared in the middle of the job.  I had some good contractors and some not so good ones.  HS Plastering and Painting was at the top of the good list.  The quality of their work was very good; no complaints there at all.  But what stood out was the experience of working with them.  They came when asked, did what they were asked to do, acted in a professional manner, stood by their work, and were a true pleasure to have as a contractor.  They were quick, worked weekends to get the job done, and didn't cut corners.  
In fact, my realtor liked them so much that she asked for their contact information for other houses that she works on.

"The work took much longer than expected (4 months) and we ran right down to the max on what our home owner's insurance would allow for us to be put up in a hotel. D & R worked to fit us in around a lot of other jobs and this made it difficult to get much done quickly or more than 1-day per week of work in. One subcontractor was unprofessional and refused to do work he had agreed to causing us a 3-week delay. D & R was open with communication of setbacks or concerns, which we appreciated, and eventually replaced the subcontractor. Overall I am happy with the work. Some small details might be improved in the finish work. For example, there are some small lumps in some drywall patches that the painters might have finished better and one section of ceiling paint that did not match the rest of the ceiling. The flooring was replaced on the entire second floor (apx. 800 sq feet) and they did a great job with this especially considering they had all the furniture to contend with while they did the work. They provide a guarantee for a year for their work. The owner is responsive to contacts and pleasant. I would hire them again."

He hired a subcontractor for some of the work but ensured that the subcontractor worked up to his and our standards. The crew went above and beyond! We WILL be hiring them again for future projects."
