"MMP was fantastic. They were easy to work with and did great work. We only had trouble with 2 sub-contractors during this project (Granite & Kitchen design) and they were the sub-contractors that my wife and I selected ourselves outside of MMP... we wish we had used MMP for everything because they did such a good job. I can't recommend them enough. We'd definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone."

"Superbly!! The contractor, my wife and I worked as a team from the start of the project. My wife and I provided the design and statement of work for VC C. We researchded/supplied all materials for VCC. The contractor was extremely well organized. He::: made suggestions to fine tune the plan...laid out the steps of the process...provided contacts for materials purchases ...gave us the names of electrical, plumbing, flooring third parties we could evaluate for project work... performed demolition, preparation, carpentry, painting, stairway/cabinet installation, tile (floor/backsplash) installation...managed subcontractors and finished the project on time In a nut shell he was an excellent listener, a direct communicator of ideas and suggestions, and an experieced, multi- talented ethical professional."

"My overall experience was fantastic. They painted the outside of the house, the shed, carpentry and the inside rooms. They installed and painted doors and they also did sheet rack. They recommended some colors as well. They left the garage clean because they were storing their stuff in there.  They were trustworthy and they worked straight through from 8-5."

"After our home flooded, Pedro and his team completed a full renovation of our condo. The final result was beautiful. We were very impressed with his electrician and hardwood flooring subcontractor. The scope of our project grew from completing necessary repairs to undertaking a full renovation, which Pedro handled well. We appreciated his advice along the way as we were new to this--he has a good eye for design and steered us in the direction we were looking for. Pedro was accessible and communicative during the process and is professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Pedro was kind and thoughtful--with several very special touches for our young kiddo, which we appreciated so much."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Most Greek Revival architecture homes are one and a half to two stories, depending on the footprint, which sets them apart from some Federal architecture homes that are three stories. The gabled roof on the second floor can sometimes cut into the living space, especially on smaller homes of this style, which leaves a much smaller living area upstairs.

While possible for small projects, professional designers ensure compliance with building codes and structural integrity.

Yes, modular homes offer a wide range of customization options for layout, finishes, and features.

Buying a house is easier than building one from scratch. Buying an existing home is almost always faster, even if you need to make renovations once you move in. When you hire the right team to build a home, they will simplify the design and build phases so that there is little guesswork throughout the process, but building new construction will almost always take longer than buying an existing home.

Hiring a professional to do a loft conversion will certainly speed up the process. The construction steps required to change the slope of the roof can be quite difficult to do as a DIY job. Should the project run into any snags, like rot in the joists, frayed wiring, or roof leaks, hiring a local home remodeling professional makes it far easier to handle these issues safely.
