And he was very easy to work with. We hand built a custom cabinet to replace the old bathroom closet. For many contractors, having a homeowner perform part of a remodel could have been difficult for them. Lester took it all in stride and adjusted his workflow to let us do our part. "I purchased a new house in 2017 and as part of the negotiation with the sellers they rebuilt the porch. I was impressed with the quality of work, professionalism, and speed of which Sanfer and his team rebuilt the porch that I hired them to repaint the entire exterior of our house and the new porch. They did an exceptional and thorough job and were very responsive to the changes I requested. Since then, I've had D&S Partners rebuild part of my fence, add custom screen doors to our Pella doors, replace a bulk head, replace two interior doors (and repaint), and install a hood and gas stove in our kitchen, and remove a broken glass panel in our bathroom. Last winter the lock to our front door broke, he came with his staff the same day (it was a Sunday) to help not only fix the door but to weather proof it as well.
