Chris Morcone exceeded our expectations. He was incredibly professional and worked within our timeline. He was meticulous and his attention to detail really came through in his work. He painted our foyer, upstairs hallway and trim in those areas. We just had new hardwoods installed and Chris came in and sanded and fixed the trim damaged in the process of installation. Absolutely love the fresh bright look of newly painted rooms. He is a jack of all trades and we will definitely reach out to him again in the future!

I've used Chris Morcone's services multiple times for various projects, including a bathroom remodel. He's super courteous, provides fair pricing, and my favorite part: he is neat and tidy and cleans up after the day's work is done. I truly dislike it when there's a mess left at the end of the day, or when the entire project is finished and there's still a mess you need to clean up! Anyway, Chris is a really great guy who'll do a really great job with whatever project you're looking to have done around the house, it's as simple as that! I'd hire him again in a heartbeat!

Chris Morcone is an honest and reliable contractor who always pays meticulous attention to large and small details on every job he does. We have benefitted from his services many times over the last fourteen years for many home projects ranging from window and roof replacement to ceramic floor tile installation and full exterior and interior painting. I was looking to build a fairly large deck (15 X 25) and met Chris Morcone through a common friend where he had quoted on some landscape work over a year ago.  I really liked the fact that even though a project was never done by my friend, Chris continued to check in with her and follow up on the project. In my mind, Chris knew the importance of follow up and
referrals.  I had ideas which I presented to Chris for pressure treated and composite decking and they were immediately
quoted out ? no pressure or hard sales. I got several other quotes and chose to work with Chris and his partner Paul because I felt confident that the work done was going to be done well and to my liking.  After agreeing to go forward, Chris and Paul started
immediately ordering the product and doing as much as possible before receiving the permits from the town.  The town made
Chris and Paul jump through a number of hoops to get the permit, but they were diligent and stayed on top of the process until it was received.  The completion of the deck was done as outlined and in a very timely manner.  Chris and Paul worked on the project full time until completed and they focused on every detail.  Every requirement the town inspector needed was done without question and as requested.  The deck turned out beautiful and I couldn?t be happier with the process and professionalism of these guys.  I would have no problems in hiring them again or referring them to anyone to do work.  A solid team and a solid product!

   I would just like to write you and thank you for the incredible job you and your subcontractors did remodeling my bathroom.  The transformation is amazing!  I want to commend you and your associates for your professionalism, attention to detail, respect for keeping my home tidy during the work, and the flexibility you showed in working around my families schedule during the remodeling project. 

Specifically:   Thank you to Bill, the tile installer for asking a lot of questions to ensure the finished product is what I wanted.  the tile came out beautiful!  Thank you to Greg, the electrician, for doing more than what was originally planned and making the right recommendations for lighting.  Thank you to Mike, the plumber, for working around existing issues which made the install of the new bathtub a little more complicated and for being willing to stay late to make sure my family had a working tub for the weekend.  
Thank you to both You & Paul, for working through the demo phase and asking a lot of questions during the planning stage to make sure what I picked out worked for the bathroom.  And lastly, thank you to you again, for great communications with me and your crew and for your attention to detail and fabulous painting in the bathroom.

Originally, my request for Chris' services was due to Ice Dam damages to my house; Porch, Kitchen, Bath, Bedroom.

The New England winter 2010-2011 was historically the worst ice dam season. I work in the insurance industry and actually had to file a claim under my homeowner's insurance policy - what a hassle, right? Not really .. Chris' professionalism working with the claims adjuster was one of the reasons the job went so smoothly. His suggestions to establish some direction on repairs was supportive and reassuring. It helped me with the insurance claims negotiations. The job was done timely and with the highest quality of contractor professionalism. Everyday I came home from work my home was neat and clean, after what appeared to be major construction going on. The workmanship was superior and my house looks better than it ever did.

I was so pleased with Chris and his guys ice dam repairs job, I hired him to re-roof my house. If you know anything about roofing, you know this is a major PITA .. luckily I left to go on vacation right about the time we agreed on the job. Chris caught me by cellphone right before i step on the flight to, once again, confirm the scope of our contract and assured me of his commitment to the job. I went on vacation in peace. When I got home, the tulips were blooming and my house looked great !!

The only reason why I picked GOOD on the price was because, c'mon, it is not excellent to part with money, so good is the best i can say about that.
