Best pest control specialists near Framingham, MA

"The exterminator was right on time. Was thorough with his job and we had no problems after that. Would definitely recommend and hire for any other extermination services in future."

"Rutland took care of a yellow jacket nest in a timely fashion. Communication from Steve is excellent, and the exterminator came exactly in the time window provided. I would hire them again for pest control and am considering them for future lawn services also. Pricing was fair, and the technician was very knowledgable about the active and inactive ingredients that they used to treat the nest."

"Dave was excellent. He was professional, honest and thorough. I thought I may have squirrels in the house because I heard scratching above a ceiling and saw a squirrel climbing my chimney with acorns in it's mouth.
Dave inspected all the outside areas of my house and looked in my attic. He found no evidence of squirrels or bats or anything else (other than a few mice that I can take care of).
He screened off my two gable vents and recommended securing a couple of other entry prone areas which I can do.
I highly recommend Colonial Pest Control.

"I can't speak highly enough of the work that Todd and his crew do. I had a major problem with mice and also rats. I had been working with another exterminator that couldn't get it done. Todd came with his crew and turned the house upside down and got rid of all the pests. This was months ago, and everything still looks good! No mice, no rats. I ran into another problem with the warranty of my refrigerator, which was voided due to these rodent issues. I reached out and even months after the fact, Todd took care of everything I needed! If you have a pest issue, stop reading reviews and just call them."

"Very pleased with Armor Pest Control. Prompt, knowledgeable. Wouldn’t hesitate to business again or recommend."

"Advanced Pest Innovations were great. They were efficient and the explained things to me plainly."

"He found no pests, even though my dad had bites all over his arms. He was very thorough. He said my dad must have gotten rid of them."

"My review is similar to the other strong reviews. I received a text from Bob the morning after I posted my request for help. Bob arrived at my home promptly, and talked with me about the different options regarding rodent control. His two sons came this morning, and were polite, knowledgeable and did the remediation described by Bob. They closed entry points for rodents and answered all of my questions about the materials they were using. Now I need to wait to determine if the corrective action taken will solve the problem."

"As the Director of Facilities for a 500+ unit apartment complex, I annually reassess our expenditures to ensure efficiency. This year, we opted for Discreet Pest And Wildlife Services due to their competitive pricing structure. The technician provided a tailored plan, understanding our specific needs, surpassing the experience of dealing with non-licensed salesperson who didnâ t understand the treatment side of things. 2 months in, they resolved an ongoing building issue we had with rodents and cockroaches . With significant (Thousands) in cost savings compared to our previous provider, I wholeheartedly recommend them without reservation."
