They humored my interest and took time to explain why they choose a particular way to do something. Even made some changes I requested without fuss or hesitation. The work they did increased the value of my home and made it look much nicer. You can trust these guys. They can work independently, checking in only when necessary, or satisfy a person like me who has lots of questions. They were late once or twice but It wasn't a big deal. I signed a proposal to have Duncan Builders take care of the contract work and I needed to build at my salon. They moved a bathroom door from one wall to the next. Had their plumbers come in to create some plumbing through the floor into the basement and install a new water heater. All this was done to set up two free standing shampoo basins. Also completing the work with finishing trim. The team did an excellent job and was very punctual with the timeframe that was given to complete the work.
