"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

They listened to what I wanted, ordered the right amount of materials, then finished the work on time - with no budget overuns. I'm curious about contruction. They humored my interest and took time to explain why they choose a particular way to do something. Even made some changes I requested without fuss or hesitation. The work they did increased the value of my home and made it look much nicer. You can trust these guys. They can work independently, checking in only when necessary, or satisfy a person like me who has lots of questions. They were late once or twice but It wasn't a big deal. I signed a proposal to have Duncan Builders take care of the contract work and I needed to build at my salon. They moved a bathroom door from one wall to the next. Had their plumbers come in to create some plumbing through the floor into the basement and install a new water heater. All this was done to set up two free standing shampoo basins.
