After our lower level flooded, we needed a company that could handle everything— From reconstruction and plastering to painting and flooring installation. We chose Best Pro Builders based on their outstanding reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the praise. Their professionalism, clear communication, high-quality work and commitment to getting the job done right were exceptional. Erick’s team treated our home with respect and made sure to clean up thoroughly after each workday. As a bonus, we were also able to take advantage of a post construction cleaning service provided by Karol Silva, which left our space, spotless and move in ready! Highly recommended!!

In August, 2024, Best Pro Builders did dry wall and plaster repair, for walls and ceiling, while also removing popcorn ceilings in my home. They completed the job by painting, and did a great job! One of my rooms was really tricky based on the placement of my boiler. Erick was honest in his assessment of what he determined he and his crew could do. However, their finished work was beyond our expectationsâ ¦we are so pleased! The crew was professional, timely and did a great job cleaning up behind themselves. I plan to use Erick for future projects.

Erick and his team did work that was above and beyond what I was expecting when I got the quote, and I would definitely work with them in the future. I originally started my kitchen remodel through Home Depot, but I brought in Erick to replaster and paint the walls because Home Depot wouldnâ t. Once they started, they came back almost every day until it was done and now the walls look fantastic! Erick was significantly more pleasant to work with than Home Depot, and much more responsive. He even offered to help get the building inspection scheduled (which was not his responsibility) because Home Depot was dragging their feet. I wish I had hired Erick for the entire job!

They did excellent job removing old wallpaper from a staircase that extended to the roof and patching area before painting. They also did upstairs hallway with the same scope of work. The two workers, one being the ownerà ¢à  à  s nephew,, were extremely friendly as well as being very competent

I needed plaster replaced in a hard to reach area near a radiator without disturbing our internet connection. Erick's crew did a great job and it looks great - ready for painting now.

Erik and his team were very professional. We contacted him to build a wall, Install a barn door, and paint couple rooms. Erik was responsive and honest with his estime by providing realistic construction time and constructions cost. During construction we asked him to do extra house repairs and even to move a very heavy piece of furniture from the first floor to the second floor. Even thought he was pretty much booked for couple weeks, he found a way to fit in the extra house repairs and furniture moving work without complaining or hesitating. We were very happy with his work, and will definitely reach out to Erik for future house projects.
