J.S. General Contractor

JS General Contractor Douglas Santos and his brother Dennis did work in my home. I needed to replace a broken pull down attic staircase and also needed a ceiling repair in my kitchen due to water damage and some other painting and repair. They completed the work in 3 days. They were prompt, neat, tidy and respectful. The quality of the work was exceptional. I have already asked Douglas to gIve me a quote on another project I have in my home. I highly recommend JS General Contractor.

Jair and his team were awesome. I had them remove temp / construction stairs that were in my basement and out of code and install new pine stairs. Jair and his son came right out for a esrimate and i had it within a day. Jair was responsive to my questions . There was an issue with the landing and after i explained my concern Jair came up with a solution. Very good quality work, and they cleaned up nicely. I will be using them again for future projects.

Hair and his team were professional and did work better then expected. Installing new windows and painting the whole interior of house remove old wallpaper and patched all the cracks. Left the house looking and feeling like brand new. Would highly recommend this company

Very happy with J.S. General Contractor Jair and his co-worker. They were always on time. Gave me an estimate. Always on time andready to work. We discussed what my concerns and what i wanted to be done, he explained and showed me pictures of previous jobs everything. He pointed out what needed to be done on the deck. My yard was clean when I got home. I have 2 other projects he will be doing for me. I would recommend him to everyone. Thank you both for everything.

Came on time and finished what he started. Even fixed some siding which had come loose. Overall we were extremely satisfied with his work. I will definitely hire them again.

JS is great! He finished the job ahead of schedule, which has never happened to us before with a contractor. He also listened to what we had to say and did his best to accommodate our wishes. He was always very responsive and very pleasant in our communication. I wish we had been shown different options of styles for the floor deck/railing, but to be fair, we never asked him to do so. We told him we preferred a dark brown color and the the floor was lighter than we imagined. This could have been avoided if we saw floor board samples, but, again, we didn't to ask for them so this is a communication glitch which we would be careful to address in the future. Overall, we are very happy with how the deck looks and how quickly it was completed.

I broke my entrance door and needed an urgent repair to the frame. JS was available, worked for 5 hours to get it fixed the same day, and did a good job while being pleasant about it the whole time. The price was reasonable too.
