He made a quick appointment to come out to see the space and measure, and although he needed to re-schedule he called in advance to let me know. He accommodated my need to schedule for a Saturday morning and was flexible. Although the carpet/color choices were limited for the deal (something I wish had been a bit more explicit in the fine print) we ended up finding one that worked perfectly for this space. There was a small upcharge for it above the deal price, but he was very transparent and up front about everything so I knew exactly what I was paying for. His installers came a little late to the appointment, but once again were very professional about calling in advance to let me know. Once they arrived they worked hard and were very professional.
