"Tao did an excellent job of re-finishing our floors. We had a move-in deadline, which he was able to meet. Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. "I use a wheel chair & the solid wheels removed all the finish on our 1st Floor 4â Red Oak floors. We also had some pet urine stains on the floors in one room. "If i could give Weles flooring 6 stars i would. From initial email to finishing job they were nothing but professional. My floors look fantastic and they hadn't been done in over 30 years.
