"Will did a terrific job and is a terrific guy and pleasure to work with on my project to close and winterize unground pool. Will showed up on time and even wrangled the pool tarp like a pro and got the whole job done in no time. Definitely hoping Will will be around in the spring 2019 to help open. We’ll done!"

"Sunrise came to the rescue and they were very reliable and responsive!! We wanted the liner replaced ASAP and Henry literally made it happen within days during this busy pool season. He was a very caring person and professional! The workers were very nice and the job was beautifully done! I would highly recommend them and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!! Thank you Henry - my kids are beyond excited to enjoy their pool!!"

"In my opinion, they are very professional, responsive, and detailed on the project and design process. I give them 5 stars."

"Juan and Jennifer were extremely professional, and establish a genuine repoire with the customer. I was in a very bad situation in which a previous contractor took a lot of money and never completed my project. Frustrated, I reached out to Jennifer and Juan to see if they could help me install the pool liner that was never installed. Juan was very compassionate and felt for me and was extremely reasonable with his pricing and expedited the install within a week and a half of signing my contract. My grandkids were elated they got to swim in the pool for the 4th of July. I highly recommend them and truly appreciate their kindness on completing my project."

"Very friendly service and efficient"

"They only install pools they sell. They seemed nice though."

"Great job installing and painting my in ground pool, it looks amazing"

"I had a fantastic experience with Joe and his team. There were some hiccups along the way that was out of everyone’s control but they kept us up to date along the way and ultimately the pool came out absolutely beautiful and they made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. They will be our go to now for future pool projects as well as closing and opening"

"I am a new customer of Phalan Construction. entirely pleased with the quality of services delivered. I hired Bob to reattach a fallen roof shingle, wall-mount a clothes rack, and power wash and stain my rear deck. As various as these jobs were, each was promptly and efficiently done to a high standard. Bob's charges were transparent and fair, and he was also a pleasant guy to have working around the house. He will be the first person I call when my next need arises."
