Varouj was extremely quick to respond and his team was able to get the floors in our new home sanded and sealed in record time. We were concerned about finding someone to do the work within our budget, after losing another company earlier in the week, but The Floor Sanders Co was able to take the project on and complete it within our time frame.

I reached out to the Flooring Sanders Co and spoke with Varouj. He was very professional and worked with me to fully understand the process since I was completely unfamiliar. There was a small miscommunication about what finish to use on the flooring, but this was remediated by Varouj very quickly. I would highly recommend Varouj and his team. Overall good experience but a bit $$$$$

They were prompt, professional and they definitely know their trade. They taped and sealed all areas to eliminate dust from spreading through out our home. The professional workers are respectful of the property and all trash was removed . If you use another company you have made a mistake, this is the company you need to hire, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent right from the start. I received a quick reply for a quote, and it was very easy to schedule for my hardwood to be done. My whole house, except the kitchen, is hardwood. The quote was very reasonable. They even worked on a holiday to finish the final coat. My floors are beautiful! Thank you to all who made this happen. I would definitely recommend.

Varouj and his excellent team (Cang and Rigo) did an absolutely beautiful job installing gorgeous wide plank engineered hardwood flooring in my condo. Varouj is extremely responsive, his prices are reasonable, and the craftmanship and care was stupendous. He fit me in to a very busy schedule, responded fast to questions, and everything was installed to perfection - and the team cleaned up perfectly and not a speck of dust was left behind. Varouj?s men did a great job on the floors.

Nice work except for a patch in the living room with visible applicator marks. I contacted Varouj, shared photos, and was told anything they could make it worse. So? good work for a good price except where it was not and we are stuck with visible flaws. Cool.

I was very happy with the project. I had my living room, stairs and two bedrooms done. It went smoothly and came out beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was polite, timely, and cleaned up daily. I would hire again. Price was fair and affordable.

Varouj and his team were wonderful and we couldn't be happier with our new floors. Everyone was so professional and friendly as well as fast and efficient. They refinished old hardwood floors in three bedrooms and installed new hardwood floors throughout our upper floor and they made the transition from old to new seamless.
