I would definitely recommend Mike and Pride Hardwood floor. Mike was quick to respond to my inquiry and quoted me what I feel is a very fair price. We were able to book a couple days to complete the work within a few days and Mike was very responsive with all of our questions and informing us of their expected arrival. They were quick and clean in prepping the floor, offering to show my the progress between sanding and finishing and again between coats. The floors came out great and they did great getting into all the small/hard to reach areas and matched it into our existing floors perfectly. We would definitely use again!

I HIGHLY recommend Pride's. Mike did an incredible job on our floors. He gave great advice when deciding on a finish. He really helped bring life back to our floors and our home. We had a few holes patched/filled and I can't even find them anymore. They are so well done! He was quick to respond when I first contacted him and was out for an estimate the next day. We asked for the job to be completed in 1.5 to 2 weeks and it was done in less than a week.

Mike called promptly and scheduled a quote at my convenience within days. He showed up promptly for our appointment and provided a quote immediately. I felt his quote was very reasonable for the job and once I agreed to his price he again scheduled the project within days. He refinished very old hard wood floors in two bedrooms as well as the treads of a stairway that had been painted many times over. He even was able to repair an areaof the floor in one of the rooms. Mike was in regular communication with me throughout the project and finished it on schedule. I will absolutely call Mike again whenever I need further floor work. He is an example of how all professional contractors should run a business.

Mike was competitive with other quotes I received. He was very prompt with a consultation for my kitchen floor project. And was able to schedule the work to begin within a week once I decided to go with Prides's Hardwood Floor. The crew was prompt and courteous and cleaned up well when project done. The new floor looks great! There was a slight problem with the final coat of polyurethane, but Mike and one of his guys came by and made it right within hours of my calling (on a Sunday!) I have hired them for a second refinishing job to begin in a few weeks.

Mike responded promptly, and gave such a competitive quote that I decided to have other floors refinished at the same time. Altogether he sanded and resurfaced floors in two apartments, an entry foyer, and a stairway to a third unit. He scheduled the job to start within days, then graciously rescheduled with little notice when an illness prevented me from letting him proceed on schedule. The floors proved more difficult to sand than expected, but Mike's crew stayed late to finish sanding so that my tenants could get back into the house as early as possible. The floors look beautiful; I plan to hire him again for a smaller job (buffing up a tired floor in another room).

He showed up on time uses a written professional quote took plenty of time to discuss options WICKED URINE DOG DAMAGE. The job was scheduled within 3 days of quote. The family works together 4 brothers Anthony was lead on my job Terriffc on time clean respectful everything taped to protect He cut in 6 boards seamlessly and if I didn't see it myself I would not know they were replaced off 3 days later Beautiful Floors Clean up was perfect They did more work than on the quote with no additional charge Mike stayed in touch for the job and did the finish buff. Mike was very responsive and his crew showed up and completed the job in a timely manner. They protected the areas not being re-finished and cleaned up at the end of the project. Floors look great!

Mike & his “crew” were perfect from start to finish. They were available on short notice, showed up when expected, started immediately, finished when promised, and didn’t leave a thing behind to clean. They did an excellent job and at a great price. They even gave me quotes for other jobs right on the spot. But my favorite part was his can do” attitude. One thing I expected and dreaded was the contractor speel about how the floor won’t look right, or come out correctly without spending additional money. NO, not Mike. They even did corrections to a water damaged area so that it didn’t stand out, without changing the price. They did almost an entire apt. in just a short time. To top it all off, they even nailed down loose floor boards on the stairs outside the building, just to be nice. Now I’m eager to check out their other business to see what else they can do. They were professional and courteous and genuine. My experience with them couldn’t have been better!

Mike is man who really cares about the work he does. He is professional, personable, and fair with pricing. He replaced our kitchen floor by pulling up two layers of plywood and laminate (1 1/2 inches thick) and beautifully laid in new oak flooring. The transition between the new floor and the existing wood floor in the rest of house is seamless. (Wish I could include pictures!). He also replaced four steps on our main staircase, paying extra attention to the carpentry and detail. Lastly, he refinished the wood flooring on our first and second levels. Mike's team cares as much about the final product as he does. His work is the best you'll find. You can stop looking now, this is the man you should hire.
