"The crew of two arrived about 20 minutes early (7:40 for an 8:00 am start) and they proceeded to tour the house to get the overall feel of the job. I pointed out three stained glass windows that are too rickety to clean; they agreed. They started by removing all the screens and taking them outside to power wash with our hose. Then they used ladders to reach third and second-story windows, cleaning the outsides first. Then they did interior, then replaced screens. They managed to open some storm windows that no one had previously conquered, which was amazing. They were focused, efficient, and worked solidly for about 3.5 hours. The house looks so much better--unbelievable! I want to get this done every year now.

"nice and tidy. Also used them to clean the sun windows on the roof"

"Perfect experience. Claimed an Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning. Joe called within the hour and got me on their schedule on the same day. Guys arrived promptly and thoroughly cleaned all of our gutters. There is a steep hill on one side of our house which has prevented other gutter cleaning companies from getting to the gutter over that area, but Joe's crew got up on the roof and cleaned that area, too. They cleaned up well afterwards, as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely have them back in the fall."

"They came, they gave me a date, they did their thing and I gave them a check. They did a good job. They got rid of all the debris that were all over the gutters. I would recommend them and I would use them again."

"Boston Window Cleaning responded very promptly to my gutter and downspout cleaning request and came the same day. Jay was friendly, professional, worked efficiently, and did a great job on our house, which has some tight spaces for accessing the gutters. And the price was very good. Will definitely use these guys again."
