"Excellent communication! Perhaps the best I’ve seen from a contractor. While waiting to get installation done, they checked in with me on dates and always called me back if I had questions. The took a look at the roof and suggested fixing the chimney first . We had that capped and some bricks replaced with a contractor they referred. The following week they came and did the roof and leaf gutters in 1 day. They cleaned up very well afterward. When I saw a lose shingle in the yard this spring, I called them and they sent someone out to look right away (it was just an extra shingle). "My chimney was not in good condition. The sun was shining through between the bricks, not up to code and no cap in place. Gordy repointed the entire chimney, extended the flue to bring it up to code, installed a cap and swept/cleaned it. Gordy is a very nice guy and did good work for a reasonable price.
