The two technicians who performed the work were very professional and worked hard to overcome some unforeseen installation difficulties. From my initial e-mail to the installation of the cap, Chimney Chap was very responsive. Meanwhile, some other companies I contacted were unresponsive and less interested in performing a small installation project.
