It was a pleasure to work with Paul. This was the first project I have done that came in on time and on budget. Excellent work and no complaints worthy of mentioning. He is honest, straightforward and has a sense of humor. I highly recommend him for projects up to an addition.

I had just moved into my current home and didn’t really know anyone just went on Angi and read the reviews for O’Regan construction and I am so glad I did super friendly and knowledgeable , answered all my Questions no matter how big or small I had an existing screened in porch that wanted as a four season room it came out amazing absolutely would recommend them to anyone

I will give this company a A++. Everything was done above my expectations. My new addition with deck was perfect

Paul and Jay were a pleasure to work with. We added on a 10x14 addition (dining room) to the house. They were extremely flexible as the design location and final specifications changed several times. The price was very fair and allowed for 2-3 progress payments along the way. Jay's attention to detail in putting the hard wood floor down was amazing as he matched panel to panel from the connecting room. They brought in their contractors for HVAC and electrical ( pricey there ) but that helped us a lot! Highly recommended.. Thanks again Paul

Paul Exceeded my Expectation in all areas. Very personable and a pleasure to work with and has a great sense of humor. Very good natured and very patient when I make changes. This is the same of his crew. Paul caught wind that I had some wind damage to my deck and reached out to me before I could call him - he genuinely cares. Also, the quality of his workmanship is above and beyond. Extremely good value for the money and you get a lot more than expected. I strongly recommend as Paul is an extraordinary professional.

Paul O'Regan was a personable and professional pro. I hired him to build an in-law addition onto my son's house. I would not hesitate to hire him again. He was always available to answer any and all concerns I had during the build.

Paul O'Regan is a seasoned pro and does incredible work. In all fairness, the company probably deserves a solid 5 star rating and I'm just hyper-critical. I will absolutely be following up with Paul for a garage addition to my house within the next year and for some other projects. Our kitchen remodel came out amazing. Paul took down a wall and installed new cabinets for us. He patched the wall beautifully and gave us critical guidance and advice. An absolutely awesome experience and highly recommended.

Project went without a hitch. Materials were delivered on time. Paul left the job site in good condition at the end of each work day. The farmers porch he build changed the entire look of the house. Will hire him again.

Paul did an awesome job from start to finish. I needed the rail installed asap, and Paul worked his schedule to get me a quote and come over to get the job done. O'Regan Construction are the absolute best contractors we've ever hired! We were very lucky to find them. It made what first seemed to be an overwhelming project, a fun adventure to watch come together. Paul's forethought throughout the project was amazing. He took care of every detail, bringing every specific contractor as well as the Town (permits and inspections) together. They are the most polite conscientious team I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them and have already done so having my family hire them with the same highly professional results.

Paul and Jay Built A 26x28 two car garage for us could not have found nicer people and more professional couple of guy's. From the foundation crew electrician and excavation everybody Paul deals with are to notch and all do the best work I have seen done. you hire O'Regan Construction he will be the only contractor will hire any more.

Professional crown molding installation completed on originally scheduled day. I also had a couple of questions prior to the work being performed and questions were always answered quickly. Great workmanship and great customer service. I would definitely hire them again.

I needed a bedroom and a walk in closet - it is absolutely stunning! Mr. O'Regan explained everything and was always available. The workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The room was better than expected - with a high ceiling, a built in fireplace and beautiful windows. I highly recommend Paul O'Regan

They are very professional and patient about changes that I made. After every day's work they cleaned everything up and never left a mess like other contractors that I had. I can't say enough about the finished product which happens to be a Sun Room. Mr O'Regan made excellent suggestions which I followed along the building process. I would have him again in a heart beat.

The finished garage and mudroom addition was first-class, and has garnered a lot of praise by friends and neighbors. The work was diligent, and I was informed of all the work to be done by the contractor and his subcontractors. He was right on with the estimate and informed me if there were any changes and discussed them beforehand. I am very pleased with the job, and would recommend him to anyone looking for work on their homes, big or small.

O'Regan Construction built addition on my house. Paul (owner) and his crew do quality job for reasonable price. I would highly recommend O'Regan to anyone looking for good and experienced contractor.

Mr. ORegan did a good job of taking an example picture and a few sketches and coming up with a plan and an estimate for the job. After a few adjustments we agreed on the net price and started construction. The project proceeded well until the final payment was due close to the end of the job at which point Mr. ORegan added a number of additional charges above the expected amount for items which were not agreed upon beforehand. After much discussion he has now reimbursed us for most of those additional charges. This was a 'fixed price' contract with any changes that would require additional charges to be in writing before being done!

They are excellent. I can not say enough about their work. They are excellent at follow up, any questions, they answer and take care of you.
