On top of that, they beat all other bidders on price, some by a considerable margin. The disparity concerned me, but I had prior experience with this company. He answered many questions and did it with a smile. He was very respectful to my elderly mother and me. After he measured he hopped back in his truck and we had our estimate in five min. We had other projects going on and he was flexible with our time frames. On the morning of the job he arrived early and Tim and his crew went right to work . They were at my house for the entire day and After they were done Tim had me come out and he explained the entire job in detail. He had instructions for a new driveway and do’s and dont’s. Bob Muldoon responded to my request for the estimate, was very informative and addressed all questions. He also indicated that my city does require a permit and he would ensure that the necessary paperwork was completed and in good order (which he did).
His team were extremely efficient as they removed the prior driveway, it was evident that they work well together and within two days - I had a drive way which was sloped well, improved the apppearance and function of my home and I am confident will last another 65 years (if cared for as advised by Muldoon Paving). I was provided written instructions as to how to care for my driveway including advise to seal it after 12 months (who knew?).
