"I was happy with the work done by Matt and his crew on my roof replacement. Of the highlights, Matt excelled at customer service. I had spoken to several contractors during the bidding process and Matt clearly stood out as someone to provide detailed guidance and credible advice on the project. As my roof was being replaced as part of an insurance claim, Matt took the initiative to bring in additional contractors to build out an initial estimate for all of the work, to get things moving with the insurance company, which was a huge help. Matt took things a bit further and spoke directly with the insurance company regarding details of my roof and other work that was not started yet and was able to help me gain significantly more coverage than originally provided! Matt was always available for questions and promptly returned my calls and emails throughout the process. In one instance, I had requested that they hold off on installation of the ice and water shield one day due to the cold temperatures. Matt agreed to this with no hesitation, even though it required them to work the weekend to complete the work. Per my inspection throughout the roofing process and after, everything looked good and I found only a few things that were missed, which Matt took care of immediately. Some mess and nails were left behind after the work, but it was fairly minimal. Due to the scale of the work, Matt / MMP did bring in subcontractors to perform much of the standard roofing work. I would have appreciated if MMP was more forthcoming about this earlier in the process. MMP had someone from their team on-site for the entire process, but I think that they could have kept a closer eye on the sub-contractors work. For the more challenging tasks, Matt came out and did the work himself. He and his team worked hard throughout the process, working long hours and through the weekend to get everything completed in a timely manner and reduce risk of water leakage in case of rain. I will certainly consider MMP for future work on my house."

"Peter was quick to respond, gave a fair quote, and communicate with me throughout the process. Because of bad weather, he had to arrive at my home one hour later than planned, but call early in the morning to let me know. When was the last time a contractor did that? The work was completed exactly as promised. Could not be happier! Will be using him again and would HIGHLY recommend him to others."

I went with Bob because he was very through when he came to look at the work and explained the options/ different aspects that could impact the cost/work. Him and his team took care with the rest of the house when it came to protecting the flooring/ keeping the dust from spreading. He works with Nashua Tile & Flooring, Brain there was awesome at helping and explaining options. Overall Bob takes pride in the work and ensuring the customer likes the product. "After a broken pipe damaged most of our bathroom, we hired Travis to to do the remodel. Travis installed new drywall, the completely new shower with tile work on the walls, tile work on the shower floor, and created new glass niches in the shower wall. He also replaced the damaged wood work and replaced our tile floor. Travis got the job done much faster than we had anticipated, even coming to work on weekends to ensure that the job got done fast. Our new bathroom is beautiful! We will be hiring Travis again for additional jobs we need done for our home. Highly recommend!"
