"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

"The craftsmanship was good but all else was mind numbingly painful. If you are considering this contractor be sure to carefully inspect the contract as this contractor will 'nickel and dime' you. Every detail needs to be called out even drilling holes, as I learned, is expensive. You will need to be thick skinned as well as I was insulted several times but I just wanted the job to be over."

"Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! Our deck is so beautiful, I can't stop staring at it. Light poles that a previous masonry company installed are standing tall and proud (versus lump-sided like they have been for years now!) The list goes on. The exterior of our home looks brand new thanks to them. I can't believe how quick and easy it all was. Love the crew as well - Monique is amazing and Eduardo is SO nice and extremely talented! Everyone that came out was super sweet. They will definitely be my go-to from now on."

"Contractor did excellent work in a timely fashion. Communicated clearly, arrived at the scheduled day/time promptly. We're very happy with the work that Phalan Construction did for us."

"Bob was responsive within a week to come out and scope the work. I went with Bob because he was very through when he came to look at the work and explained the options/ different aspects that could impact the cost/work. Based upon that alone, I hired him as most other contractors came out and looked for 5 mins. He was on target with his projected start date and moved very quickly. Him and his team took care with the rest of the house when it came to protecting the flooring/ keeping the dust from spreading. He works with Nashua Tile & Flooring, Brain there was awesome at helping and explaining options. Overall Bob takes pride in the work and ensuring the customer likes the product. I would hire him/ team again."

"We hired Mike Taylor to do a bathroom remodel fro my mothers house and we could not have been happier, Mike and his guys are AWESOME. they have gone above and beyond many times over for my mother and I could not be more please with the quality of the work and their genuine attitude during the whole remodel. I think my mother would like to find more projects for them to do just to have them around. they were really great guys who gave a fair and competitive price and top quality work. I would recommend them to EVERYONE, you won't be disappointed.

"Torin is an incredibly professional contractor. He built custom shelving for my living room, as well as a custom bench. Both came out better than I could have imagined. He asked great questions and really was able to make my vision come to life. I was impressed by his efficiency in finishing these projects while still giving the attention to detail that really wowed me. He will be my go-to for all future contracting needs. He is very reasonably priced, works efficiently and doesnt take forever to finish a job, and does exceptional work."

"Pedro and his team were excellent. They were professional and timely, hard-working and meticulous, and trustworthy. Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."

"It was a pleasure to work with Paul. This was the first project I have done that came in on time and on budget. Excellent work and no complaints worthy of mentioning. He is honest, straightforward and has a sense of humor. I highly recommend him for projects up to an addition."

"I had P Jordan Construction do some finishing up projects around my house for mortgage inspection! They were clean, reliable, and efficient! Parker is an exceptional person and an even better contractor!"
