"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

The process with his plumbers and electricians again very professional and could tell it was high end. They are meticulous and it shows from the finished product. "D & R Construction was one of 3 contractors that we contacted for quotes for remodeling work. We were looking for someone to help with knocking down walls, gut renovating a kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as doing flooring and some work in bedrooms. This review pertains to the quote process. Eric Dutra was very responsive and professional throughout the process, offering insight and past experience as part of the quote. Furthermore, he gave a very detailed and transparent breakdown of the pricing on a line item basis. The pricing seemed very fair and jived with other quotes. we received. We ended up selecting another contractor due to time constraints, but would certainly look at D & R Construction for any future work."

"The work was very professionally done, on time and on budget. There was an adjustment to the plumbing/electric charge because the job turned out to be more complicated than anticipated, but even including the additional charge, the total cost was very reasonable. Larry is a very careful worker who does high quality work. He is very thoughtful and ingenious at coming up with solutions. A couple of years ago he had rebuilt my deck and I hired him for this job based on the good work he did on the deck. The deck job was about $6k which was very substantially below any other estimate I received. I was a bit concerned because he was so much less expensive than other contractors, but the work was of very good quality and has held up well.

"Pedro and his team were excellent. They were professional and timely, hard-working and meticulous, and trustworthy. Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."
