I used RAM construction for a complete removal of my old cedar shingles and replacement with vinyl siding. They did an excellent job and worked very hard to make sure me and my wife were happy with the results. Their communication was excellent throughout and Renato did a great job of explaining all issues as they came up as well as options for how to proceed. They were neat, considerate, and professional and I would recommend them highly to others.

RAM Construction is an extremely professional and friendly company. Renato, the owner, met with us several times to discuss the project and clearly explained both the quote and the plan. Based on our research, the quote was fair, and he even offered suggestions to help us save money - Bonus! Whenever we had questions, Renato was patient and thorough in his explanations. First time used for installing vinyl siding on house second time just recently replacing old pool deck and railing with trek deck. Ram construction did an entire house renovation. They replaced the front porch, transformed a closed off office into an open concept dining room, a complete bathroom renovation with a step shower. They were meticulously detailed with new base boards, trim, and painting. RAM construction cleaned up after themselves each day and completed the project in a timely manner. The owner, Renato communicated with me throughout this process, and was patient with answering all of my questions. I’d highly recommend this company all of your home renovation needs!!

Renato and his team worked until the job was finished. They replaced my wooden deck with a new Trex deck and it looks beautiful! They also painted my shed and front doors. They were very respectful and polite. They were nice enough to spruce up a couple of additional areas of my backyard, not originally discussed. I would hire this company again!

We cannot say enough good things about Renato and RAM Construction. We were having great difficulty getting any contractor to commit to the job of replacing the rotting columns and railings on our front porch. Renato responded, came to inspect the situation a few days later and sent a very reasonable estimate a few days after that. We accepted and he was ready to go about a week later. Renato and his son Joao put in long days, explained his approach, consulted on every question and problem, and did really fine work from beginning to end. They encountered an unexpected problem with the existing columns that extended the time of the job by a few days. Despite the extra time, he honored the original estimate. Now the porch looks terrific and is far safer than it has been in years. We would hire Renato again without question, and in fact plan to do so in a few months. Highly recommended!

I had hired this company to restore a couple of rooms due to a flood. I lived far away so I was doing the project over the phone and pictures. After the initial paint job and flooring which came out really good, I asked them to then paint the kitchen and do the flooring. They accepted and I paid them an additional $4000 for that work. The flooring and painting in the kitchen were so botched. They told me they would be done the kitchen in one day because they had another job to get to the following day. They rushed to get to the other job and did tiling and painting was in fact done in one day. The tiles are completely uneven, the floor is separating, and some are even sinking. Not even 3 years since they completed this job. I just hired someone to do a new flooring and they could not believe the botched work done. $4800 later for the new flooring and to remove this floor.

Ram Construction was the best experience with a contractor that I have ever had. The were skilled, polite, on time, cleaned up every day and vastly exceeded my expectations. Their pricing was excellent. I am limited to only giving five stars in my review otherwise it would surely be much higher. This is what every contractor should aspire to be. I will be hiring them many more times to do the other projects on my property. I would recommend them to anybody who needs work done in their house. My bathroom remodel was a complete removal of everything in there, ceiling, floor and walls and rebuilding it all back with a walk in shower, vanity, medicine cabinet, lighting and vent. It looks SO much better. I had never heard of them before. I am glad I finally did.
