He was pretty much in the middle of the ballpark with price, but I got the feeling from him that he would do whatever it took to make the job come out right, and he did. The first day they completely demolished the old driveway and patio and got rid of all the debris. Then, it rained for a week. They came and worked whenever the rain permitted them to. They still got done in a timely manor in spite of the rain. John had his crew do a few extra things for me during the job so that everything would be perfect. The results are terrific. "Our job included demo of an old garage pad, a driveway, a thick poured concrete patio, and removal of existing grass. The whole yard was gutted and a new gravel shed pad was created, along with a beautiful new paver patio with a step up on either side at the gates. New sod was installed, increasing our green space where the driveway/garage used to run down the side of the yard. Phil cut back the tree branches so it would get enough sun as our yard is shaded in the afternoon. Phil and Janice and their team were wonderful to deal with from start to finish, working with us to get the scope of the job just right before the work began, checking in frequently through the duration and upon completion, answering the many questions we had along the way. Anything unforseen was addressed promptly and thoroughly. We are very satisfied with the work and would recommend their services!"
