He responded quickly to my online enquiry, came out as scheduled to review the job and gave me an estimate before leaving, with a clear explanation of the work to be done. We had to reschedule the job because of town paving work, and we maintained good communication until the town was done and we could get back in his schedule. Tim and his crew were thorough and professional, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Recommended!"

He was very responsive to make sure the work was done to my liking and his crew members were polite and took care to minimize damage to existing plantings.
