The good experience started when my call was returned immediately, something that is rare these days where you are lucky if people return your messages at all. Next, John was able to quickly give me an accurate and fair estimate of the project price (using Google Street View) within a few minutes. Once the team was on site, they listened to my needs, and then executed them during the paving process. They were quick, professional, and cleaned up the surrounding area after they were done. I'm extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them to anyone for paving in Middlesex County and surrounding areas in Massachusetts."

"I needed a landscaper because my lawn was a mess (more weeds and moss than grass, it seemed), and water was seeping into the basement because of improper gutter drainage and soil grading. Oh, and there was a critter, possibly the skunk that was seen in the area, burrowing underground where there was a gap near my patio – ugh! I hired M&L because the quote was reasonably priced, and Leo was responsive, understanding and cooperative as my landscaping project evolved. The job he ended up doing included building a trench for the gutter downflow, re-grading the entire lawn, creating flowerbeds, installing a fence, doing concrete work (to keep that critter out!), and paving a small section of the yard to hold trash and recycling bins. Leo and his team showed up when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and with the greatest attitude – all of them were hard-working and easy to deal with. "Dimitri and his team was fantastic. On the initial visit he understood exactly what I had in mind for the work and did not try to up-sell me on additional stuff that was not needed. This was great as a I had received a number of other quotes where they insisted on adding a ton of extra items to the work list. Dimitri did not do this and as such gave me a very reasonable quote. He was excellent at communication through out the prep for the work and his team works quickly and effectively to get the job done. His team fixed an ancient foundation, reprinted holes and loos mortar and replaced 2 broken and ugly basement windows with beautiful new ones with granite ledges. He rechecked the entire fieldstone foundation for structural integrity and repaired some areas that could become problematic in the future. He even checked in a few days later to make sure there were no issues, and he went point by point over the entire job to make sure nothing was missed. I could not have been happier with the work and I was pleased to learn that his company does other work as well as I imagine we may hire him for some painting and renovation work as well."
