He was pretty much in the middle of the ballpark with price, but I got the feeling from him that he would do whatever it took to make the job come out right, and he did. The first day they completely demolished the old driveway and patio and got rid of all the debris. Then, it rained for a week. They came and worked whenever the rain permitted them to. They still got done in a timely manor in spite of the rain. John had his crew do a few extra things for me during the job so that everything would be perfect. The results are terrific. We love our new driveway, patio and porch. I would recommend NY Paving and Masonry. "

"Dimitri and his team was fantastic. On the initial visit he understood exactly what I had in mind for the work and did not try to up-sell me on additional stuff that was not needed. This was great as a I had received a number of other quotes where they insisted on adding a ton of extra items to the work list. Dimitri did not do this and as such gave me a very reasonable quote. He was excellent at communication through out the prep for the work and his team works quickly and effectively to get the job done. His team fixed an ancient foundation, reprinted holes and loos mortar and replaced 2 broken and ugly basement windows with beautiful new ones with granite ledges. He rechecked the entire fieldstone foundation for structural integrity and repaired some areas that could become problematic in the future. He even checked in a few days later to make sure there were no issues, and he went point by point over the entire job to make sure nothing was missed. I could not have been happier with the work and I was pleased to learn that his company does other work as well as I imagine we may hire him for some painting and renovation work as well."

"Leisha and the team at Garden’s by the Yard helped me address some very difficult landscaping issues. Our lot borders conservation land and is slopped and extremely rocky. In addition, it is not accessible to heavy machinery. We experienced significant drainage and erosion issues. The team put in two French drains to help with erosion and Leisha developed a planting plan that leaned toward natives, would provide multiple season colors, aid in water control and would thrive in our complex soil conditions. They also installed an irrigation system to help set us up for success. The team has returned multiple times to check on the plantings and provide additional upkeep and guidance The yard turned out beautiful and I am extremely pleased. Leisha and her team were knowledgeable and easy to work with. The crews were hard-working and extremely respectful of our property."
