"I had them for years, but when I asked for further service for an unresolved problem, for the first time ever, I was told they could do no more for me and to get a new company. I liked the company but did not like the revolving door of servicemen. Some were fabulous and some were just OK. Another person called a couple of months later to schedule a routine service check. I was flummoxed and told them that I had hired another service since someone there "fired" me a couple of months before. Despite wanting to work with D&T, I had already hired (and paid) another company. The other company, A J Williamson Pest Control, is working out very well. I like the fact that there is continuity with the person who comes to the house. He knows the property and does not have to ask where to begin."

They also managed exterior and interior rotent activity very well. When a hornet's nest appeared in a tree by the deck they promptly and expertly removed this at no extra cost above the anual service. The crew is always prompt and professional, and their work is guaranteed, althgouh I have never needed to call them back for an issue outside of the hornet's nest."

"I can't speak highly enough of the work that Todd and his crew do. I had a major problem with mice and also rats. I had been working with another exterminator that couldn't get it done. Todd came with his crew and turned the house upside down and got rid of all the pests. This was months ago, and everything still looks good! No mice, no rats. I ran into another problem with the warranty of my refrigerator, which was voided due to these rodent issues. I reached out and even months after the fact, Todd took care of everything I needed! If you have a pest issue, stop reading reviews and just call them."

"I'm surprised to see so many positive reviews on here, perhaps we're an outlier in some way. Today, I cancelled the service and when asked why replied: "We've been underwhelmed by the thoroughness of the work, it seems that treatments involve someone showing up for 10 minutes to check one of two things and then leaving." The response to my statement was: "Oh, sorry to hear that, have a nice day." I should add that if you were to go into every apartment in our two buildings it would take you at least 20 minutes even if you were simply opening the doors and shutting them again. It's difficult for me to really give more detail than this but we paid hundreds of dollars for this service, seemingly got little done and have had ongoing pest sightings, all of which led us to cancel. One could say that we needed continuing service to address the ongoing sightings but the minimal work we witnessed the follow up did not at all line up to the cost of the service."

"Shawn seems to understand rats. Turns out rats are a whole lot smarter than mice, and take a lot longer to eliminate once they get inside. Shawn came after dark and spend two hours in pretty cold weather sealing all possible entry points around the home with metal, foam, and a combination. He explained the process and the time-line of his treatment. He's not cheap, but I would hire him again. Although he and we expect to never again have this problem."
