In late June of 2023, Neo and his apprentice replaced our water heater. Neo did charge slightly more than Google reported as the average price in our geographic area. However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat.

Great. S&S did a fantastic job even had to deal with Home Depot not wanting to replace a warranty unit. I have already hired for other plumbing work and told a dear friend about them who needs work done in their home. They are helpful, courteous, and get the work done and done right. I wish I had found them years ago. I have an old house and will continue to use them. PhysicalThey are the best plumbers I have ever used and terrific owner. A pure pleasure to do business with even under stressful conditions
