"Do NOT use Surgi’s AC (Southern Air)!! They are crooks and totally wasted my time and I’m still waiting for them to refund my money. Eddie gave me a quote to move my condenser, $3763 but I could get a $513 “discount” for getting a membership with them ($239 for 2 AC PM’s a year) which came out to $3249. So I paid $239 to get membership and then they send a new quote and voila! No discount. They also charged me $89 for “service call” to come give me estimate to do work which they didn’t tell me about when I called. (My unit wasn’t broken, I just wanted it relocated in my yard.) Then no one will return my calls for two days!!! I finally got through to a manager (“we do honor our quotes, we just had a glitch in the system”) and I should be getting a refund after almost a week and half a dozen unanswered calls. Stay away!"

"Elva was probably the most polite, understanding handyman I've ever dealt with. Im a single mom of 2 in college so when my AC went out, I had no idea how I would be able to have it fixed. He came out and gave me a way more than reasonable estimate for free, then was able to have my new AC put in within an hour or 2 (before my kids even got home from school. Now my family is enjoying the 73 degree temperature as compared to the 93 degrees my house had heated up to. I'd recommend him to anyone. Thanks again so much Mr.Chauvin!"

"Dan and his team did the most comprehensive inspection that I have ever experienced, and I could not be happier. Having purchased several homes over the years, I can think of at least three instances when supposedly excellent and experienced inspectors missed issues that later resulted in five-digit mitigations or repairs. So I am wary when hiring an inspector. However, I am confident that, if Dan’s team couldn’t find the issue, then it just can’t be found. Furthermore, Dan is incredibly personable, patient, and kind. He is generous with his time and willing to take the time to answer questions and discuss his findings. This level of care and attention is increasingly rare. I can recommend Dan and his team wholeheartedly, and without reservations. You will probably pay more for an inspection by All American but you can be confident that you won’t be paying three times more later to fix a problem that should have been addressed before the sale."

"If I could give zero stars, I would! Things started nicely, we spoke on Saturday about what I was looking to have done, he asked me to send pictures of my shed, I did immediately, he said he would get back with me within an hour, that didn't happen! He responded back to me once I responded to Angi asking about my experience is when he returned the call. He came out on Wednesday, later than planned, but okay, I understood his reasoning, he arrived, seems to be a nice guy, he looked at the shed and said, I think we can do this, I joking said, not think, you know you got this! I wish I would have stopped right there! I asked about jacks, he said, his other guy had the jacks, he got a long steel piece of steel to use to lift my shed, I bought some stones that I liked from Home Depot, he told me thise were too nice to use, I said to him, I like nice! He became so angry, told me he could put it back like he found it! Basically dismantled my shed for $650 Not Leveled! "

Not only was Black Knights the most economical option, but Brian talked with me through the process of what needed to be done and even other quotes that I got to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of. The workers were very nice, the job was done very quickly, and the AC is blowing cold. Brian has great customer service and is great to work with. I will be using Black Knights again!"
