Work included pressure washing of the exterior of the house, pavement and walkways, and fencing; chipping of old paint; caulking; painting of wood trim, doors, shutters, downspouts, and woodwork on gallery; and replacement of rotten wood. The crew was very respectful of us and our property (well, we did lose several plants during the pressure washing and painting stages when the crews were working in the area of our flower beds)."

Eddie gave me a quote to move my condenser, $3763 but I could get a $513 “discount” for getting a membership with them ($239 for 2 AC PM’s a year) which came out to $3249. So I paid $239 to get membership and then they send a new quote and voila! No discount. They also charged me $89 for “service call” to come give me estimate to do work which they didn’t tell me about when I called. (My unit wasn’t broken, I just wanted it relocated in my yard.) Then no one will return my calls for two days!!! I finally got through to a manager (“we do honor our quotes, we just had a glitch in the system”) and I should be getting a refund after almost a week and half a dozen unanswered calls. Stay away!"
