It was difficult to get a hold of the inspectors via telephone, but if you texted the number they got back to you very quickly. Despite that, I had the original pipe video inspection done on a Friday morning and walked away with the video in hand. There appeared to be a clog in a pipe. The inspector informed the homeowner of it and recommended a plumber that works with them to come and snake out the pipe. We rescheduled the remaining inspection for the following Wednesday after the clog was removed. The inspectors called me when they were on their way to the property and showed up on time. They were very through with their inspection and I was informed that a pipe was sagging under the home. It was explained to me as easy as possible for people outside the field to understand and comprehend. He gave me an approximate price and solution to fix the pipe and also informed the homeowner's. Overall, their professionalism and expertise outweighs the difficulty of getting in touch with them, it was worth the extra effort! I was recommended to them by several contractors, home inspectors, and engineers. They saved me from buying a home with a pipe about to break!

These guys are awesome and professional. The two man crew, Mark and Sparky (because he got electrocuted under a house once - now THAT'S dedication!!), come in and get it done. First house we had inspected they found that the plumbing from the house to the road was all good, but all of the new plumbing inside that was newly redone was not done to code - they could see that through their camera. Cool.
When they're done they hand you a CD of the video inspection that you get to watch again and again at home and go over their report with you. Easy. As first time home buyers, everyone advised that we get a video plumbing inspection and these guys are worth it. $225 is not bad for that peace of mind.

It was good overall.

The inspector found a few defects on our pipes that had not been found by a previous inspector (ironically, with the same company). The defects were obvious and clear. We have not made the repairs yet.

They are honest and did a good job. they were on time and explained everything.

The crew came out and inspected plumbing to two sections of the home. The climbed on the roof and inserted a camera line down the stack on each side of the home, giving a view of the plumbing from the top down. Any concerns or recommendations were given extra time on the video and space in the report. Overall, they performed well and provided an excellent review of the homes plumbing system.

Excellent service, thorough inspection of all plumbing inside and out. Answered all my questions, explained every issue, let me watch the live video with them as they explored the sewer pipe. Found major underground damage I would not have known about otherwise. Definitely worth the money! Highly recommend them.

When they mailed me the statement, it was for $50 less than what they charged me. I asked for a new statement, but have still not received it. They are expensive too, he wasn't even here for more than 45 minutes. He was not reliable and had poor availability. I would think twice about hiring this company, I don't want anyone else to go through what I did.
