"Phillip and crew were very polite and professional. Did excellent work on my recently purchased 110  year old home. 
Job was difficult for many reasons; old home, wood floors, plenty of seams and cracks, stairway,  1810 sf of living area, many louvers doors, wooden windows and cabinets.
Along with 9.5 foot ceilings with a great deal of molding.
Work included:
Prepped, sanded and caulked all walls, ceilings, wooden windows, doors and moldings.
Installed toe/shoe molding along base of wood floors through entire house. 
Removed old electric heater from bedroom wall and repaired sheetrock.
Closed in wall that had unneeded entry way with sheetrock. 
Filled and repairs holes in baseboards and walls where old cable and light switches were removed. 
Put 2 coats of paint on all surfaces. 
Put primer and 3 coats on areas that needed extra. 
Installed exterior dryer vent. 
Removed old bath fixtures and installed new ones. 
Repaired lock on bathroom door. 
Phillip emailed me an accurate and detailed quote.
Used drop clothes and did not have a drop of paint on my antique wooden floors. 
After job was complete Phillip had a detail worker come by and spend a half day just checking the entire house for any detail that needed attention. 
Did not quote me on bedroom closets but prepped and painted them anyway as "Lagniappe"!
House looks beautiful. Great job. Would highly recommend.
