If I could give zero stars, I would! Things started nicely, we spoke on Saturday about what I was looking to have done, he asked me to send pictures of my shed, I did immediately, he said he would get back with me within an hour, that didn't happen! He responded back to me once I responded to Angi asking about my experience is when he returned the call. He came out on Wednesday, later than planned, but okay, I understood his reasoning, he arrived, seems to be a nice guy, he looked at the shed and said, I think we can do this, I joking said, not think, you know you got this! I wish I would have stopped right there! I asked about jacks, he said, his other guy had the jacks, he got a long steel piece of steel to use to lift my shed, I bought some stones that I liked from Home Depot, he told me thise were too nice to use, I said to him, I like nice! He became so angry, told me he could put it back like he found it! Basically dismantled my shed for $650 Not Leveled!

Highly recommended! He contacted me quickly after posting my request and we scheduled a visit the next day. He did an excellent job putting my bookcase together and was very friendly and easy to talk to.

Things started well. Gentry responded quickly and arrived the next day. We planned for repairs on the front door of a small hotel. That is prone to door pulling by the unhoused. I asked him to replace the door closer to the reinforcement plate, add weather stripping, do some touch-ups to the door frame cosmetically, and ensure the door latch securely. The project took about two and a half hours that afternoon. The project took a turn when he failed to check that the door latched securely. upon completion. I have a recording of the door being pulled open easily, taking minutes after he left, which had not happened before his repairs. He returned one and a half hours later and actually thought the door was locked simply by looking at it. I had to encourage him to pull it open to test it. He decided the electronic latch was the issue. It wasn't, and I had to hire a second repairman to fix his work on the door closer. At over 150 dollars an hour. I expected more care, better workmanship and attention to detail.

They did an excellent job—the gaps are completely sealed, and the door now fits perfectly. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. It went very. Mr. Major was professional, knowledgeable & respectful. He assigned some to resolve the issue as scheduled & he came out & repaired & resolved the issue in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him.

Do not use this company. He arrived late, didn't have the equipment necessary and now, I can't get him to come back and finish the job. I purchased an eye bolt, ceiling medallion and drill bit. Now, he won't return my call or texts to finish the job.

I bought 4 pieces off of Wayfair and he assembled them in less than 2 hours. He set up my bench, lunch table, rocking chair, and hammock. He did this for under $260. I would definitely hire him again.

Gentry was the kindest man, I could say endless positive things about him and his work. I’m a single mom of three little ones and I was struggling to set up a house by myself and decided to hire some help assembling some furniture. He had amazing communication from the start and was a pleasure to talk with while he put together a dresser for my son and a bed for my daughter. My children kept asking him what he was doing and he took the time to explain what he was doing. He truly made my children’s faces light up when they saw their new furniture. My daughter was so excited to sleep in her bed tonight and have her mama read stories to her! He truly made our day and took so much stress off of this mama! I will never forget how this man’s kind heart affected us! Thank you so much for everything!
