They were very prompt in returning my initial call. On the day of the call, I was contacted 2x to keep me abreast of actual arrival time. Daniel was very nice and professional. He showed me what he replaced and explained the repair. I highly recommend this company for all of your appliance repairs.

It was really good. Allen was trustworthy and professional. My husband had a good feeling and trusted him. The only is issue was it took a week to get them out. But, I really can not complain since it was after hurricane ETA and there were a lot of people needing repairs.

One evening I found my refrigerator not cooling properly. I called A& R Appliance repair and got a prompt response. The owner Russell came out the next day, knew exactly what the problem was, went to get the part and my refrigerator was fixed within 1 1/2 hours. He was very careful while working in my kitchen. He treated my property like it was his own. He did not let water leak under my cabinets & was careful not to scratch my tile. I would hire him again for any appliance repair and have recommended him to friends & family.

Apt was requested here. Russell came on time with the part he assumed I needed. The whole thing too 25 min and I paid the quoted price. I couldn't be happier!

I first used A & R to repair a washing machine that wouldn't drain properly. The were very prompt sourced the problem quickly and fixed it with no fuss. Turned out to be a sock stuck in a trap. I called them again to repair a tenant's dryer a few weeks later and the problem was a broken door switch that was repaired in less then 20 minutes. Will definitely use A & R again, they are polite, professional and reasonable. My only issue is that they were actually early for both appointments. Not that this is a problem; however, I have to meet them at the repair site, so it made me late !

Russell has come out before. Same as always he was courteous, friendly and fast. He was right on time and got the job done quickly. He even left the old part for my husband to look at. He put my oven model and make in his phone for future reference. He is awesome!

Great the owner Daniel Pennino was polite helpful and professional, the service tech was courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled. I use to have a repairman named John Reynolds. He was a great honest Christian repairman. He retired I think after years of searching I have found a company to replace him. The cost, the promptness, and service were great. I am very happy!

I just used A & R and they were wonderful. Mr. Russell, the owner, came right out and fixed my refrigerator on the spot. I couldn’t be more pleased. I felt like he was very honest and trustworthy, and his price was reasonable. If you call, make sure to call the correct company-there is another one out there by the same name who is twice as expensive The one I used is A & R Appliance Reoair, Inc. (504)348-1345 or (504)887-5615. I’m very satisfied and I will be referring all my family and friends here from now on! A+ experience all the way around.
