Very professional, arrived on time. Worked quickly to assess the problem and make the repairs. Felt very comfortable with the explanations of repairs needed. Cost was explained before work was completed. Will hire again!

Ed and G.E.M Air and Electric have done AC repairs and maintenance for my home. They do amazing and efficient work to ensure everything is done properly. Ed is very professional and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend using G.E.M. You will be taken care of and very satisfied with the job they do!

I called GEM air to give me a quote on installing a new central air system at my shop. Sales rep was there that day and was extremely knowledgeable and was able to address all of my concerns. They had a team out there next day. They made sure the site was clean and did an awesome job in a timely manner! Communication was top notch which is really important to me! I would highly recommend GEM for any of your ac and electrical needs!
