"The end result was not a Retaining Wall, as this implies. I hired KCS to install 4 Wing Walls with Headwalls. They did a great job, as the pictures will reflect. If you’re wondering why I have Four Stars instead of Five, it’s only because there’s always room for improvement. In this case, the improvement should focus on Front Office Communication. The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."

"Brian and his team done an awesome job. They were very professional, efficient, self-reliant and quality was great. I know our house is not a big house but it is a 2-story house with more than one surface to deal with. They finished the job within 8 hours, and they cleaned up after themselves when they finished. They laid down tarps to catch the debris and moved my wife's flowers to prevent any damage. They followed the Job Description provided on the quote completely. I was able to be home when the job was performed and took pictures of various stages of the job. The price was competitive. I would definitely recommend Xtreme Roofing to anyone."

"They had the work scheduled within a week. It was a ground water issue. We installed a collector box, dug up the damaged clay pipe, installed a section of PVC and backfilled. We were pleased with how soon they were able to start and the ability to be flexible when the problem was somewhat different from what we originally thought. I would use them again."
