"They fixed the leak and put in a sump pump and water trench. The basement leaked 2 more times afterwards, but they returned to correct it right away. We were responsible all 3 times to repair the drywall and wood landing at the bottom of the stairs,so I called saying that I should not have to keep fixing those thing over and over. The CEO of the company called back and came out to the house himself to inspect. He had his people come out to the house again to do more that he felt would fix the problem for good, as well fixing the drywall and landing at no cost. It was a frustrating experience, but this company and it's CEO stood by thier work and made it right. I would use them again."

"They over charged me. Was done wrong the first time, had to redo but put another customer on front of me before they finished me. (2 day wait) . Left fruit peeling in the yard first day. I picked them up. Second team was very professional. Did everything in half the time. Very polite."

"Brian and his team done an awesome job. They were very professional, efficient, self-reliant and quality was great. I know our house is not a big house but it is a 2-story house with more than one surface to deal with. They finished the job within 8 hours, and they cleaned up after themselves when they finished. They laid down tarps to catch the debris and moved my wife's flowers to prevent any damage. They followed the Job Description provided on the quote completely.
